1）生物信息學(xué)/計算生物學(xué)；
2）開發(fā)與應(yīng)用高通量測序技術(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)分析方法研究表觀遺傳機制；
3）單細胞組學(xué)；
4）免疫、癌癥相關(guān)的表觀遺傳與基因調(diào)控機制。
